Emergency Medical Technician

The town is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). 5-8 Full-time & several part-time positions are available. Pay rate is $11.50/hr. Benefits will include Health Insurance, State Retirement System and educational reimbursement.

Applicants must be at least at 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED. Be presently certified by the NYS Dept. of Health as an EMT or higher and have at least one-year experience as an EMT. Current certification in CPR and possession of a valid NYS drivers license. Successful applicants must be available for work by January 1st, 2007.
