PUBLIC HEARING/SPECIAL MEETING

Supervisor Betke opened the Public Hearing at 7:03 pm for Local Law #5 of 2008, repealing Chapter 136 of the General Code of the Town of Coxsackie “Mobile Homes and Travel Trailers” and enacting Chapter 136 of the General Code of the Town of Coxsackie “Manufactured and Modular Home Requirements”.

General discussion – no public comment.

A motion to close the public hearing at 7:10 pm was made by Alex Betke, seconded by Donald Daoust and duly carried.

Supervisor Betke opened the Public Hearing at 7:15 pm for Local Law #6 of 2008, amending Sections 174-3, 174-4 and 174-49 of the General Code of the Town of Coxsackie “Subdivision of Land” and adding thereto Article XII “Conservation Subdivision”.

General discussion – no public comment.

Supervisor Betke asked for a motion to close the public hearing at 7:19 pm and open the special meeting.  Donald Daoust made a motion which was seconded by Aaron Flach and duly carried.

A motion to accept Local Law #5-2008 was made by Donald Daoust, seconded by Thomas Hobart and duly carried.

            Ayes:  4 – Betke, Daoust, Flach, Hobart           Noes:  0           Absent: 1 – Evans

A motion to accept Local Law #6-2008 was made by Alex Betke, seconded by Aaron Flach and duly carried.

            Ayes:  4 – Betke, Daoust, Flach, Hobart           Noes:  0           Absent: 1 – Evans

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at  7:21 pm by Thomas Hobart seconded by Alex Betke and duly carried.
