Donald Daoust opened the year end meeting with the Pledge to the Flag at 9:35 am.

A motion to accept the budget transfers as presented by the Supervisor Bookkeeper was made by Mark Evans, seconded by Aaron Flach and duly carried.

Discussion regarding rugs/mats for the meeting room. Bambi presented the Board with rental prices from Unifirst - $4.00 per week for a 4x6 rug $5.00 for every other week. Donald Daoust made a motion which was seconded by Mark Evans and duly carried to order 2 black 4 x 6 rugs to be picked up every week. Once better weather arrives we may be able to cut back to every other week.

Leon Rice, Chief of EMS presented the following personnel: Paul Howard, currently a part time employee to be approved as fulltime, Lauren Kaider and Scott Sudds were presented as part time employees to fill scheduling gaps due to reorganization in the Ambulance Service that would begin after the New Year. Said employees were approved as presented on motion of Mark Evans, seconded by Thomas Hobart and duly carried.

On motion of Thomas Hobart, seconded by Aaron Flach and duly carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 am.
